Private Pilates
Private sessions are the time-tested and traditional way to begin Pilates. Often the best launchpad for clients who are dealing with injuries or health concerns, they’re also an incredible way to address specific sports-related skills.
One-on-one workouts just for you. The full range of Pilates apparatus may be included. Indigo takes great care in matching each student to an experienced instructor who suits their needs and goals.
Or, work out with a friend. Duets offer a chance to share your sessions in a mutually supportive environment. A fun and healthy way to spend time together, duets are a highlight of our clients’ weekly routines.

Restorative Pilates
Restorative Pilates offers a specialized approach to movement, designed to bridge the gap between traditional physical therapy and fitness. We provide a safe, nurturing environment to help you overcome chronic pain, recover from injury, or manage age-related changes, utilizing personalized, low-impact exercise to improve posture, flexibility, and overall functional mobility.
Restorative Pilates is taught by Dr. Kate Allen, Physical Therapist/Pilates Instructor.
