Getting Started

Let’s chat. Together, we’ll come up with a plan for you to get moving! It might include private sessions, our Intro to Reformer One Series, or both. Please fill out our new student form and before you know it, you’ll be on your way to enjoying the incredible benefits of Pilates and our awesome Indigo community. In our initial phone call, we’ll discuss:

  • What are your personal goals?

  • Do you have any previous Pilates experience?

  • What other physical activities do you currently participate in?

  • What injuries (past or present) do you have?

  • What medical conditions (past or present) do you have?

  • What’s your availability?
